 About Laura Dunham
Dr. Laura Dunham is a spiritual
healer, teacher, writer,
collaborator and speaker. Following
careers in higher education,
financial planning, and ordained
ministry, Laura founded Healing and
Wisdom to offer her services in
support of human consciousness
transformation and environmental and
social sustainability.
Author of five books, including
Spiritual Wisdom for a Planet in
Peril: Preparing for 2012 and Beyond
(Langdon Street Press,
2008), contributor to several blogs,
frequent talk show guest and
conference speaker, Laura welcomes
inquiries about her work. She is a
featured author in the new
multi-media e-book,
Transforming Through 2012
(Alive EBooks, Fall, 2009).
Dr. Dunham is a co-founder and board
member of the new global nonprofit,
Power of One 10.10.10/Celebrate
Oneness, Transform the World,
based in Washington, D.C., and also
serves on the board of Urban
Neighborhood Initiatives in Detroit,
MI. She has held leadership
positions on many local, national,
and international boards over the
past thirty-five years. Laura now
resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her
family and part-time in Bloomfield
